Galles Brio is a perfect example of a horse carrying both pigment
genetics. He was DNA tested for the Red Factor and the result
has confirmed he is Heterozygous (Ee) indicating that his
basic colour is black, but he carries the recessive red gene.
Therefore has the breeding potential to produce Black or red
foals.
This horse is a Pura Raza Espaņola (AKA Spanish or Andalusian.)
He has a unique non-faded 'Jet' Black coat, and is genetically
verified as a Negative for Agouti (Bay) genetics.
